This process starts with a simple discovery call. This process takes a couple of days to complete as we examine your current presence across paid media, social media and search. From there we’ll review the intangibles of your business on the web like your website’s copy in order to determine if it’s properly structured to attract your perfect clients. Once the work is completed on our end we’ll schedule a reveal call where we’ll share your results and present an opportunity to continue working together.

Onboarding

During the onboarding process, we will have a series of calls to best get to know you, your business, and the collective goals. We will then identify and prepare you to target your personal, ideal client avatar which will result in more profitable jobs, and increase your overall revenue projections. The program will consist of two parts - the first is the accountability portion. We will personally hold you accountable for building your brand, on and offline using proven organic marketing methods. The second will be associated with website build-out. This will require us to be well versed in who you are, what you do, and why you do it. But, how do I do these things? Don't worry - we will walk with you every step of the way, from choosing the right logo to promoting your brand in all areas of your community. We will have you submit an overview of services, logo files, about us team pictures, and any project pictures you have. Once we have all of our needed data, we can then move forward with the estimated, eight-week production of your website.

Launch

After our website development creates a custom website for your business, we will then begin the launch phase. We will send you a demo link and you will start your review period. This is simpler than it sounds. You will have your site for up to a week to create a checklist of any edits you may want to make. After the list is made, you and an internal project manager will sit down to implement those edits. Once the site perfectly articulates who you are, we will then be ready for launch. The launch process only takes a day, if that. Once it's launched, feel free to use the site for an easy, simple-to-follow sales process.

How long is this going to take?

There are two parts of this process, first is the build-out process which will require approximately 10 hours of your time over a period of 12 weeks. Second is the consulting process which takes about an hour per week.
